Au revior Ellis x

The day has finally arrived for one of my best friends Ellis to depart a cold, rainy England and begin her travels and start a new and exciting chapter in her life. I’m currently sat at my desk, layered up clutching a cup of tea to keep warm… not jealous at all!!

Although the plan is for her to travel for 1 year and then return home, she has openly said that this is not set in stone and depending on how the year goes and what lies in the future, who is to say that she won’t fall in love or find the job of her dreams in another part of the world and decide to stay? This thought is quite scary although I know that I will be welcome to visit her wherever she ends up and she will also be back home to see her friends and family here so it is not as though I will never see her again, it will just be hard to get used to not seeing her as often as I am used to.

Anyway I have been looking through some photos of us and reminiscing about some of the crazy, funny and great times we have shared, and I hope to be able to have many more of these in the future. Good luck Elle!!
